Overview

The Lead Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating and enhancing a positive and productive workplace environment for all employees. This role involves overseeing workplace operations, managing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring that facilities and resources meet the needs of the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the workplace coordinator team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Plan, organize, and execute workplace events, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement through feedback surveys and focus groups.
• Collaborate with facilities teams to ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, benefits, and programs, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Assist in creating a welcoming experience for new hires, including orientation programs and workspace setup.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and amenities to enhance the work environment.
• Collect and analyze employee satisfaction and workplace experience data to inform improvements.
• Work closely with HR, management, and other departments to align workplace initiatives with organizational goals.
• Performs other related duties as requested by superiors.

Qualifications

  • IOSH certified (or willing to become within probationary period)
  • Previous experience, and comfort working with technology in service delivery, and possessing the ability to adapt to new technology as it is launched
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of, and previous experience of delivering, exceptional service
  • Confident communicator
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • This is not a desk-based role; you will be expected to be present and mobile within the floor engaging with the UiPath workforce
