Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our commercial real estate marketing initiatives. This role will focus on executing digital campaigns, managing online content, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies—especially as they relate to the commercial real estate (CRE) industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote property listings, broker services, and brand awareness.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content for company website, email newsletters, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Track digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with brokers and the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, property flyers, e-blasts, and pitch presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic, email performance, and social media metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media tools.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve online visibility of company services and listings.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, videographers, printers, etc.) to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Maintain the company’s digital asset library and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Maintain online property listings across commercial real estate platforms such as LoopNet, CoStar, and CREXi.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot, SalesForce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of commercial property marketing platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi) is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with photography/videography equipment and methodology preferred.
  • Photo/video editing skills for virtual tours or social content.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress or Squarespace).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of local commercial real estate market dynamics.
