Working with colleagues across the Market Intelligence Team, this position will leverage your interpersonal and technical skillsets along with your real estate analytical expertise across property types to help assemble relevant datasets and use them to develop and communicate data-driven market insights. You will use a variety of proprietary internal tools as well as multiple external data sources to build a comprehensive picture of the drivers of the sector(s) you are covering, and the outlook for that sector. You will support a range of projects to investigate and report on particular trends or issues of relevant to that property sector. You will use a variety of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to develop and communicate your understanding of the sector to internal and external stakeholders sing a wide variety of direct and indirect communication methods.
