The Operations Specialist, Property Management, Florida reports to the Regional Director of Real Estate Management Services, Florida, while providing a variety of operational support services to the Property Management Team. The individual in this position works closely with the REMS team which includes the Associate Directors, Regional Associate Director of Engineering, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Chief Engineers, and Property Administrators. Assisting with various duties that may include accounting reports, vendor support, property service agreements, management agreements, storing digital files, training, and assisting offices with administrative support. This is an office-based position and the employee can work in either our Boca Raton or Ft. Lauderdale office.
