Responsible for the financial and operational functions of a portfolios of six commercial office properties in the DC Metropolitan Area. Manager will be responsible for the oversight of building engineering and property admin personnel supporting these sites reporting to and in collaborating with the Real Estate Management Services Director. Act as liaison to property owners, tenants, contractors, and the AY team. Skill set includes property management, employee relations, financial and accounting oversight, client/tenant interactions, and construction project management.
The base hourly rate is aligned with market data and is estimated between $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year, with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
