Overview

We are currently looking for an Intern who is intelligent, assertive and a determined person who wants experience in commercial real estate to join a prestige brokerage team in San Francisco. The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Support our team on short-term and medium-term sprints for client pursuits
  • Identify, manipulate, and connect relevant data sources to provide a complex and nuanced story
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Assist in the summarizing and presenting of findings to both clients as well as the company’s leadership in a clear and concise manner
  • Work with internal Innovation team to build and maintain Global Analytics platform and best practices for data consumption (visualization) and to produce optimal and performant solutions
  • Administrative Support - Coordinate schedules, correspondence and conversations
  • Project Support as needed
  • Although you are employed as an Intern, you may be required to perform other reasonable duties from time to time as the Company may require.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Currently or soon to be graduating from College/University
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Applications
  • Highly organized and can prioritize multiple assignments at once
  • Demonstrated desire to work in the Commercial Real
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
  • Must be an outgoing self-starter
