Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Lease Administration Leader with a proven track record of success in the real estate and lease management industry. This strategic role will be pivotal in developing and executing a vision and growth strategy for our lease administration business on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong business acumen to drive revenue growth, manage operations, and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Vision and Strategy Development: Develop and articulate a comprehensive vision and strategy for the global lease administration business, aligning with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Leadership and Execution: Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure successful execution of the business plan, focusing on growth in the number of accounts, revenue, and margin expansion.
  • Business Development: Drive business development efforts to acquire new accounts and expand existing client relationships, collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Operational Management: Directly manage the lease administration team, overseeing day-to-day operations, workload prioritization, and performance management to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics for the lease administration business segment, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a key relationship manager for strategic clients, participating in sales presentations, negotiations, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, leveraging insights to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration within the lease administration team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in lease administration, real estate management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability in lease administration services.
  • Strong understanding of global lease accounting standards, lease management processes, and industry practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive results in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to assess market opportunities, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as MCR, LEED, RICS, or similar credentials are desirable.

Location and Travel: This position is based in United States or Canada with occasional travel required, both domestic and international, as needed to support business objectives.
