Overview

Our graphic designers must be highly motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills, who can create well-designed print and digital service line collateral, and general marketing materials with focus on complete project ownership and management.

Responsibilities

  • Report Senior Director of BD for Studio Project Services, with dotted line to Marketing Manager
  • Provide in-house graphic design and print preparation including but not limited to presentations, proposals, print material and brand related needs
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects, both internal and external
  • Manages projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with internal teams to determine requirements and preparing final documents.
  • Assures quality of final product before release.
  • Maintains high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of graphic needs.
  • Assists in management of media assets.
  • Assists with strategizing, designing, and producing visual communications.
  • Presentation templates, updates and graphics development
  • In progress project photography and final project photography
  • Assist strategy team with client branding to include conceptualization, design development and production facilitation
  • Assist design team with client presentations and graphic needs
  • Assist environmental graphics team with client space needs
  • Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure creative needs of the company are met.
  • Internal conduit to AY Brand team and to Marketing Manager
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Time to be split up between studio project services and professional services marketing

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in creative graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; and Microsoft Office
  • Attitude — positive, always seeking to better our team, striving to add value each day
  • Proven ability to provide creative marketing solutions upon receiving project brief
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in graphic design
  • Experience in commercial real estate considered an asset
  • able to travel up to 10% of the time.
