Overview

As a Portfolio Analytics Product Specialist, you will report to the Global Leader of Portfolio Analytics and Business Intelligence. You will be part of a team of innovators tasked with disrupting the world of corporate real estate and setting a new industry standard. You will be utilizing and productizing the intersection of data intelligence, analytics, visualization, technology, and automation. This position will require your interpersonal and technical skillsets and real estate analytical expertise to develop and implement business intelligence-based technology products for our clients. You will be working directly with our Market Managing Directors, Market Researchers, Strategic Consulting, Occupier Services, and directly with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand the challenges surrounding their leased portfolio, the utilization of space, critical lease dates, and portfolio performance.
  • Work with clients, prospects, and stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify gaps in our portfolio analytics offering, and develop new products for them in the future.
  • Educate clients about the value of data intelligence and advanced analytics in generating insights for real estate strategies.
  • Deliver client-facing demonstrations of our key technologies.
  • Work as part of a team to engage our occupier clients in leveraging our technology tools and data intelligence sets with your analysis and insights.
  • Participate in real estate industry engagements, panel discussions, press releases, and presentations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our competitor's portfolio analytics technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate or consulting experience preferred, but other relevant professional experience considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage, present and communicate with colleagues and clients and produce complex deliverables under tight deadlines in partnership with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Highly motivated and energetic individual with the ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced and quickly changing workplace and market environment, with various and evolving client and work priorities.
