Overview

The Business Analyst will facilitate assigned projects by serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, users, and developers, setting and communicating project and product goals, developing software requirements, acceptance testing software, and overseeing software deployments and product rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leadership, senior stakeholders, and external audiences to design and develop product roadmaps and understand business needs of technology solutions. 
  • Create software requirements and specifications in collaboration with subject matter experts, end users, and product leadership across a range of technology projects. 
  • Work on cross-functional Agile Scrum team to oversee development and deployment of software and other technology solutions. 
  • Manage broad communications and engage directly with end users regarding enhancements, defects, and strategy of products, with a high-level of customer service and soliciting constructive feedback. 
  • Propose recommendations and improvements across technology products to improve the outcomes for our end users and across operations and processes to improve our own efficiency and productivity. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
  • 4+ years direct experience in a software development-related role
