Overview

As part of the Occupier Services team, provide coordination for portfolio accounts while creating client relationships and business growth. AY will rely on this person to coordinate large accounts with multiple projects at once, and engage with client leadership at all levels and with AY brokers globally to deliver integrated consulting and advisory services to our clients. All of that with a high-level of autonomy, assuming you work maniacally to exceed client expectations and meet all deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recurring meetings with clients to review transaction/project status and discuss upcoming initiatives
  • Gather business intelligence to support recommended insights and solutions that address client’s corporate real estate needs
  • Facilitate meetings with the Account Team to hone future strategies and trend best practices
  • Strategize and provide feedback in the development of presentation materials
  • Present information to client’s senior leadership
  • Participate in client quarterly and annual reviews

Key Tactical Responsibilities:

  • Create and track project initiation forms for execution
  • Answer any questions related to client leases
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with client designated project teams
  • Work with brokers to draft and distribute transaction documentation
  • Track transaction documentation for new leases, renewals, subleases, and sales
  • Issue and track client feedback questionnaires/surveys
  • Prepare quarterly research market reports in primary markets
  • Track relevant market information to assist transaction managers in staying current on market activity using internal and external sources
  • Research and produce additional reports as requested including, but not limited to, submarket reports and landlord analysis
  • Report internal transaction information on a monthly basis
  • Update and maintain external lease comparable, tenants in the market, and market news information
  • Provide lease administration support, ensuring data is updated and accurate
  • Track and report on critical lease dates
  • Provide data to IT team for uploading into client dashboards
  • Update internal CRM system with account projects
  • Assist with the internal forecast documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of post-degree experience in real estate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, expressing ideas clearly and cohesively
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Technologically savvy
  • Experience with lease administration systems is an advantage
